Follow Up Checklist
The DMFH helps families after the funeral service in a way that really shows the Funeral Home’s true colors. A detailed follow up check-list is as follows:
- Life Insurance: We will offer assistance with,
Pesonal Life
- Beneficiary Changes (self or children)
- Group Insurance from place of Employment
- Change Beneficairy Group Pension Benefits
- Credit Union Account (check beneficiary for)
- Bank Accounts: We will offer assistance with the use of the following (for payment) Stocks, Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, Bonds, IRA’s, Certificate of Deposte, Life Insurance on Loans (e.g. cars and boats, etc.)
- Title Transfer: We will help you with the title transfer of: automobile, mobile homes
- Autos (single or joint ownership)
- Boats
- Mobile Home Trailers
- Cottages, Hunting Campls, Etc.
- Deeds: Assisting you with your deeds of Home Ownership, and Property out of town.
- Wills: Present Will (single or joint), No Will
- Veterans: We will assist families in obtaining death benefits for Pension (for veteran or spouse)
- County Burial
- Federal Burial
- Grave Markers
- Health Insurance Supplemental
- Place Date on Marker
- Order Stone
